Northern Virginia Mediation Service
Northern Virginia Mediation Service is now offering to rent its training facility for daytime or evening meetings, trainings, retreats, or parties. This spacious and comfortable facility is close to the Mason Campus and on centrally located University Drive.
It seats up to 40 participants, and includes audio-visual equipment as well as other amenities including a beverage and snack bar.
The space is configured as one large meeting area and two adjacent breakout rooms with conference tables and chairs. It is ideal for large meetings, retreats, or trainings.
The fee schedule to rent this 1,400 square foot facility is:
Full Suite/Full Day: $185
Full Suite/Half Day: $125
Breakout Room/Half Day: $50
The facility is within easy walking distance to area restaurants, offers ample free onsite parking.

The large hall seats 166 people, and is perfect for a wedding reception with plenty of room for dancing and a raised stage for your music needs.
The Presidential Room seats 80 people, and has a fire place, access to the bar area and a covered balcony. The fireplace in the Presidential Room gives many options for decor, and a special background for event pictures.
With the addition of the covered balcony area, you are given more options with setup and decoration of parties.
